Super Meat Boy developers Edmund McMillen and Tommy Refenes confirmed this morning their next game, Mew-Genics, will be released for PC through Steam.
“We announced a few weeks back that Mew-Genics would be released on iPad and other platforms as well,” said McMillen. “Well one of those other platforms is going to be Steam.”
“Other platforms” presumably means Xbox Live Arcade (on which Super Meat Boy first launched) and PSN. Perhaps even Nintendo’s eShops (though that seems the least likely). Team Meat has yet to officially announce Mew-Genics for either platform, however.
Up until now, Mew-Genics iOS was only confirmed for iOS. No release window has been given.
