MGSV: Ground Zeroes platform-exclusive DLC no longer exclusive next month

Posted on April 24, 2014 AT 04:59am

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes‘ platform-exclusive Déjà vu and Jamais Vu missions will be made available on their alternate platforms next month, Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima announced in his most recent webcast.

Déjà vu, which was previously only available on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, will make the jump to Xbox 360 (Xbox One isn’t out until September 4). While Xbox’s Jamais Vu mission will be available on PlayStation.

Both missions will be available as free downloads from May 1 in Japan. No dates were given for a release in the west, where presumably Xbox One will be included in the offer.

Déjà vu sees players take control of classic Snake from the original Metal Gear Solid on PS1, while Jamais Vu lets players take on the role of cyborg ninja Raiden as he searches Camp Omega for Body-Snatchers.
