Microsoft head Phil Spencer has stated that the company is aiming to have no RAM restrictions for indie developers on Xbox One.

Recent rumors have claimed that indie developers would only have access to around 3GB of RAM on Xbox One. However, when asked by a developer if this was true Spencer stated that the plan is to allow devs full access to the console’s RAM.
