Microsoft Is Giving Away 1 Million Microsoft Points

Microsoft has today announced that they are giving away a total of 1 million Microsoft Points to celebrate the joining of Games for Windows, Xbox.com and Games For Windows Live Marketplace.

The first 2500 people who make a Games For Windows Live online purchase between the 25th July and August 1st will receive an email code for 400 free Microsoft Points, this adds up to a total of 1 million Microsoft Points.

The codes will be sent out 4 to 6 weeks after August 1st so dont expect it straight away.
