Microsoft has secured ownership of XboxOne.com and XboxOne.net, following a dispute with their previous owner.

The company has successfully wrestled control of the domains away from their owner after lodging a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum in late May. The Richard Law Group helped the company secure the domains, and also helped Microsoft get hold of XboxPhone.com and XboxTablet.com last year.

Microsoft is the first of the three major companies to secure a .com domain for its next-gen console. Both PlayStation4.com and Wii U.com are owned by other parties.

The Xbox One will be available this November for $499.
