Microsoft is offering Xbox One users affected by login issues on March 11 seven free days of Xbox Live Gold as compensation.
“We know you experienced an issue signing in on your Xbox One on 3/11/2014. We apologize and will soon give you 7 days of Xbox Live Gold for your inconvenience,” the message sent out to users reads.
On Titanfall‘s launch day, March 11, Xbox One users were unable to sign in to their Xbox Live profile, preventing them from playing online. Microsoft never actually clarified what caused the issue, but stated that it didn’t “have anything to do with Titanfall.”
