Microsoft wants to add the ability to pre-load pre-ordered games on Xbox One, according to Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb.

In a Reddit thread stating that Microsoft’s console needed the ability to pre-load pre-ordered titles, Hryb replied: “All I can say right now is that yes, we want this feature as well.” He later added: “”All I can say right now” means exactly that.”

Yesterday, Sony released update 1.70 for PlayStation 4 that added the ability to pre-load pre-ordered games several days before launch.
