If you’d like to check out Microsoft’s E3 2012 press conference, but not sure the best way to do so, this year you’ll have a new option: Watching it directly on your Xbox 360.

Why haven’t companies done this more often, and sooner than now? It really baffles me, to be honest, but at least it’s now happening on a more frequent basis now. For the first time ever, you’ll be able to watch Microsoft’s E3 press conference straight on their console according to company rep Major Nelson. You’ll still be able to watch it the old-media way as well, as Spike TV will be broadcasting the event live.

Microsoft’s E3 2012 press conference will kick off on Monday, June 4th at 12:30pm Eastern / 9:30am Pacific.
