Microsoft Working on Xbox One Party System Improvements

Posted on December 3, 2013 AT 04:37am

Xbox Live director of programming Larry ‘Major Nelson’ Hyrb has confirmed that Microsoft is planning to improve the Xbox One party system, following a number of complaints.

Responding to a Reddit thread, which claimed that the Xbox One system is more confusing and long-winded than its Xbox 360 counter-part, Hyrb said:

“I had a meeting today about much of this and I can say that things will get better. I can’t offer a timeline of a list of what till be addressed first, but we are aware of the issue and things will get better.”

Xbox One launched November 22 in 13 markets. The console sold one million units in its first 24 hours of sale, according to Microsoft.
