THE BUZZ: Mojang has released an official trailer for the upcoming version 1.8 update for Minecraft, otherwise known as the “Adventure” update.

The adventure update will be one of the biggest in Minecraft’s history. Version 1.8 has been kept rather mysterious by its creators. No official release date has been given for the update but it should be soon.

EGM’s TAKE: It’s good to see such a major update being brought out to keep Minecraft fresh and interesting for the 3.3 million people who have already purchased it.
