THE BUZZ: Minecraft is finally gold, but it doesn’t appear that creator Markus Persson is going to be taking it easy from now on.

In a recent interview with IGN Persson revealed that updates for the game will continue for as long as people are buying the game, and that he still has a lot of ideas. These updates include a significant Villager AI upgrade and major mod support functionality.

EGM’s TAKE: It’s been a long road to the final release of Minecraft, but luckily for fans it appears that the adventure is just beginning.
