Mojang has revealed that Minecraft has now surpassed 20 million sales across all platforms, a pretty impressive milestone for an indie game.

“About 10 hours ago, Minecraft (PC) hit 9,000,000 sold copies! Which should bring the total for all platforms to… 20 million?” Jens Bergensten, a developer at Mojang announced.

He also revealed that the Pocket Edition has now sold over 7.3 million copies. Minecraft update 1.5 is due to release later this month.

Do you own one of those 20 million copies?
