The PC version of Minecraft has now sold over 7 million copies, according to Mojang’s Daniel Kaplan.

“More than 7 million Minecraft (pc) copies sold,” he posted on Twitter. This news comes just days after 4J revealed that the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft is selling around 17,000 copies a day.

Mojang recently released update 0.3.3 for the Pocket Edition of the game, you can check out the full patch notes here.
