4J Studios has announced that the Xbox Live Arcade version of Minecraft has sold over 4 million copies since its release, that’s a pretty impressive figure.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has passed 4 million sales! Incredible number, thanks to you all!” the developer said on Twitter. The game is currently the fastest selling XBLA game and managed to sell over a million copies within its first week of release.

The PC version has sold over 7 million units.
