MLB The Show

THE BUZZ: Images have surfaced of Sony’s perennial all-star series, MLB: The Show 12, via the Playstation Blog. No other details were announced, but from the looks of these pictures, the game is looking sharper than ever. Fans can expect Adrian Gonzalez on the cover this time around.

EGM’s TAKE: MLB: The Show has been the best baseball series this generation (and arguably the last). While these new pictures may not show much in the way of obvious improvements, eagle-eyed fans will be looking for the right details in the background, eg; are shadows portrayed right, are players throwing with their correct hand, do stadium colors match their real life counterparts, you know the little things that make the big picture.
