THE BUZZ: Activision has announced that Content Collection #1 for Modern Warfare 3 will be coming to PlayStation 3 next week.

On April 19, non-Elite PlayStation 3 players can download two Spec Ops missions and four new multiplayer maps as part of the collection.

EGM’s TAKE: It’s been a long wait for PlayStation 3 fans, but finally you can get your hands on some Modern Warfare 3 DLC. This shows the major flaw in Activision’s content drops, PlayStation 3 fans are only just getting maps that Xbox 360 players got months ago. This really sheds some light on why fans are complaining about how DLC is being delivered for Modern Warfare 3. Hopefully some changes will be made when Elite 2.0 releases in order to add a little more fairness to proceedings, or Activision may have a rebellion on its hands.

Do you feel that the wait times are fair? How should Activision improve DLC distribution? Leave your thoughts below.
