Content Collection #1 for Modern Warfare 3 is finally available to download on PC.

Priced at $14.99 the collection includes four multiplayer maps, Piazza, Liberation, Overwatch and Black Box and two Spec Ops missions, Black Ice and Negotiator.

There’s a lot of content here, but it’s a case of too little too late really. PC players have had to wait months to get this pack, due to exclusivity deals with Microsoft and the lack of Elite on the platform. They are not a happy set of players. Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 Elite subscribers will be two maps ahead of them again by the end of this week, and PC players haven’t even got the option to pay in order to get them early. Not exactly fair is it?

Should Activision release PC content earlier to make up for there being no subscription option?
