Modern Warfare 3 The ‘Most Coveted’ Game This Holiday Season

THE BUZZ: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is set to be the “most coveted” game of this holiday season in the U.S., according to recent Nielson report.

Nielson’s “Top 20 Games to Watch” analyzed the data of 5000 active gamers and 417,433,251 online conversations between August 21st and September 17th. The data showed that around 27% of people can’t wait for the release of Modern Warfare 3. Battlefield 3 came in seventh with 12% of votes, while Gears of War 3, Assassin’s Creed Revelations, Madden NFL 12 and Batman: Arkham City rounded off the top five.

EGM’s TAKE: We all know that Modern Warfare 3 is going to be massive and probably once again break records, it’s inevitable and we’re ready to drink the Kool Aid.
