Mortal Kombat

As promised last week, NetherRealm has released a new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat 11 that features the recently announced Kitana.

In the trailer below we see Kitana taking on D’Vorah and get a look at her fatality, which involves using her fans to slice her opponent in three.

Kitana was officially unveiled last week as part of a new television spot for the game and is a 10,000-year-old princess who grew up believing she was Shao Kahn’s biological daughter. After learning the truth she fought against Khan, but was eventually killed in battle. Kitana was later resurrected as an evil revenant version of her former self and now rules the Netherrealm alongside revenant Liu Kang.

Mortal Kombat 11 launches April 23rd for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
