Metroid boss Mother Brain will appear as an Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros., Nintendo’s Masahiro Sakurai has announced.

“Housed within the Control Capsule! Protected by Rinkas! Eyeball armed with a Laser Brain Attack!! The massive Assist Trophy Mother Brain joins the collection,” he wrote in his latest Miiverse post.

Sakurai recently announced that the Pokémon Lucario would be returning as a playable fighter after making his debut in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. “The heroic Aura Pokémon, Lucario, joins the battle!! We’ve increased the influence of Aura this time, so a damaged Lucario is truly a force to be reckoned with,” he wrote last week.

Super Smash Bros. is set to release later this year for Wii U and 3DS.
