First Run Features has announced that “Man On A Mission: Richard Garriott’s Road To The Stars,” a documentary about Lord British — the creator of the “Ultima” games — and his trip into space, will premiere January 13, 2012 in theaters and on demand.

Directed by Mike Woolf, the film follows Garriott as he trains for his flight in Russia, as he lifts off in the Russian Soyuz spacecraft, and as he spent time on the International Space Station.
