2K Sports has signed on a list of Hollywood talent for the upcoming game NBA 2K17.
The cast list for NBA 2K17 looks more like that of a television show than a video game, filled with actors from The Wire, Veep, Broad City, and more. One of the most recognizable names to appear in the game is Michael B. Jordan, who will play a fellow NBA star that rises alongside the player’s created character.
“I’m humbled at the opportunity to help influence a franchise that I?ve been a passionate fan of since its first release,” Jordan said in a press release.
Along with Jordan, other talent coming to the game includes the hilarious Matt Walsh (Upright Citizens Brigade, Veep), and Hannibal Buress (Neighbors, The Nice Guys, bringing Bill Cosby to justice). With these two slated, I’m sure there will be plenty of laughs included in MyCareer to balance out the pressure of the NBA.
NBA 2K17 dribbles onto the court September 20th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
