THE BUZZ: Just when you thought that free-to-play micro-transactions couldn’t possibly get anymore crazy, EA comes along and offers a car in Need for Speed World at the small price of $100!
If you think that $100 is a little too much then EA has you covered, they are offering the car at a discounted price of $75 until December 21. The CCX is said to be the first in a line of “premium elite” cars coming to the game.
EGM’s TAKE: Buying this will certainly increase your rep in the Need for Speed world, but don’t expect anything to change in the real world.
