Netflix is already turning Castlevania and Assassin’s Creed into TV series, and yet another game may be coming to the streaming service’s future.

According to the latest rumor, originating from Revenge of the Fans, Netflix is preparing to create a TV show based on Blizzard’s Diablo series.

The rumor didn’t give much in the way of sources, so take all of this information with a large grain of salt. Apparently, though, the planned Diablo show would be adapted by Andrew Cosby, the same talent behind the upcoming Hellboy remake. He would be turning the series of games into a multiple-episode TV show. Revenge of the Fans also speculates that the show would, like Netflix’s Castlevania, be an animated venture.

Blizzard has done some work to bring the Diablo games back into the minds of gamers recently, with the recent announcement of Diablo III: Eternal Collection on Switch. If these rumors about an upcoming TV show turn out to be true, it seems likely that we’ll hear the official details (or an official lack of confirmation) when BlizzCon kicks off in early November.
