Assassin's Creed III

With less than a month to go until the release of Assassin’s Creed III, Ubisoft is ramping up their hefty screenshot deliveries, this time granting a look at multiplayer. And everyone’s such a sharp dresser!

From the images, protagonist Connor Kenway will have a lot of distractions that don’t involve killing people.

During random jaunts through the North American wilderness, Kenway can engage in some light hunting and trapping, or play a board game whenever he happens to be in town.

There’s also a shot of Desmond in the mix, but he’s not doing much.

(According to the developers, his time in the franchise is limited, but he’s never really the focus anyway.)

Multiplayer looks more straightforward, as the most lavishly dressed Native Americans in history tangle with the British Royal Army for control of several maps. Who knew the late 18th century was so fashionable?
