As promised, Gearbox has revealed its plans for the next set of Borderlands 2 DLC, which will see new content added and the level cap raised.

The “Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2” will allow players to change the difficulty level on the fly “for extra challenges,” adds a new piece of content called the “Digistruct Peak Challenge,” which sees players join Professor Tannis to train new Crimson Raiders, and finally raises the level cap to 72.

Following the Vault Hunter Upgrade a new series of DLC packs will be released called “Headhunter Packs,” the first of which is titled “T.K. Baha’s Bloody Harvest.” This will see the return of T.K. Baha from the original Borderlands and should be out by the end of October.

The Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2 will set players back $5, but no pricing for the Headhunter Pack was revealed.
