THE BUZZ: NIS has released several new screenshots of Cave Story 3D for the 3DS. The game is a remake of the original PC and WiiWare side-scroller, with improved visuals and character sprites.

EGM’s TAKE: The game appears to have undergone a pretty nice overhaul graphics wise and the 3D effects should certainly make this one worth looking at.
