THE BUZZ: Atlus has released a new trailer for their upcoming SRPG Devil Survivor 2, this time focusing on the theme of “7 invaders, 7 days”.

EGM’s TAKE: The original Devil Survivor was a great little strategy game set in the Shin Megami Tensei universe. It proposed an interesting idea—being trapped in downtown Tokyo after a mysterious set of events occurred—and mixed deep tactical strategy with core MegaTen aspects like demon negotiations and fusion.

Devil Survivor 2 is looking to continue on with those ideas, and hopefully will be just as enjoyable as the original game was. Plus, it’s nice to see high-quality releases still coming to the DS.
