Capcom has released some new gameplay footage from its upcoming free-to-play PlayStation 4 exclusive Deep Down that offers a brief look at the progress that has been made.
The five minutes of gameplay footage features a nasty-looking mimic—a monster disguised as a chest—and a rock-type enemy. There’s also a glimpse at multiplayer combat with both two and four players.
Producer Kazunori Sugiura also revealed (via DualShockers) that the planned public beta for the game has been delayed until 2015 to give the team time to deliver the best possible experience. The beta was originally set to go live alongside the launch of the PS4 in Japan, but has been delayed several times since.
Deep Down is in development for PlayStation 4, but there is still no news of a western release.
