Some new details for Sucker Punch’s PlayStation 4 exclusive Infamous: Second Son have appeared online.
The game’s protagonist has been revealed in a Game Informer cover story as 24-year-old Delsin Rowe, a Native American street artist who isn’t a massive fan of the government. Rowe has the ability to control smoke (via the PS4 touchpad) and absorb power from enemies.
The game’s main enemies are known as the Department of Unified Protection and are charged with controlling conduits (people with super powers). Rowe can fire smoke projectiles, has access to a smoke dash move, and can confuse enemies with a smoke cloud. In case you haven’t realized his main weapon is smoke. Rowe can also replenish his smoke by absorbing it from chimneys and cars.
Infamous: Second Son will be a launch title for the PlayStation 4 when the console hits stores later this year.
