THE BUZZ: Namco Bandai has released a new batch of screenshots for its gravity-defying shooter Inversion.

The game takes place in a world invaded by the Lutadore, who use futuristic gravity based weaponry.

EGM’s TAKE: The idea of manipulating gravity in video games is not a new concept, but it’s one that the team over at Saber Interactive have spent a lot of time trying to get right. Many previous games have failed to spark major interest using the mechanic, however Inversion seems to strike a good balance. Our only issue is the motion sickness that’s going to occur from constantly changing perspectives from floor to ceiling to wall.
