Resident Evil 6 is set to get a new game mode and map pack early next month for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The new Siege Mode tasks two teams of players with either defending or killing a group of BSAA rookies. The new map pack will introduce Rail Yard, High Seas Fortress, Catacombs, Requiem for War, Liquid Fire, Rooftop Mission, and Creature Workshop.

Siege Mode will set players back 320 Microsoft Points or $3.99 and the Map Pack costs 400 Microsoft Points or $4.99. Both packs will be available to download from March 5.
