THE BUZZ: Sega has released several new screenshots for Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2, featuring a few of the environments that will be included in the game.

EGM’s TAKE: The publisher has already stated that if Episode 2 doesn’t sell well then they will not be releasing any future installments in the new Sonic game. This is due to average sales from the first title and general unrest from fans regarding its quality. Hopefully the team can pull out something special with Episode 2 and get the fans excited, or this may be the last we see of Sonic for a while.
