Indie developer Acid Nerve has released a new trailer for Titan Souls, their retro-gorgeous debut title. The footage offers a glimpse of some of the titular titans, and it certainly appears they’ll offering an intimidating, super-sized challenge. I mean, our hero looks positively tiny by comparison.

Based on a concept first developed for the Ludum Dare 28 game jam, Titan Souls tasks you with tracking down and slaying more than 20 different bosses. It’s a bit Shadow of the Colossus and a bit Dark Souls—in so much as it looks like you’ll be dying a lot. The catch is that you’ve only got a single arrow to do it, so, uh, don’t go firing it off a cliff or anything.

Titan Souls is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita sometime in 2015.
