Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six

The latest Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege trailer gives fans a fly-through of the new map coming in the shooter’s Operation Para Bellum expansion.

The map is a massive Italian villa, appropriately named Villa, and it seems to be structurally similar to the game’s Chalet map. The multi-level mansion has numerous rooms filled with art and other artifacts, and a handful of its areas look like prime defending points, like the safe and cellar. A generous look at the map can be seen in the trailer below.

The expansion was first teased in a news post by publisher Ubisoft, which revealed that two Defender operators would join the map in Operation Para Bellum. No details are available yet on the operators, but their reveal is scheduled to go down during the Rainbow Six Siege Pro League Finals on May 19th and 20th, along with the first gameplay look at the Villa map.

New operators and maps aren’t all that the upcoming Operation Para Bellum has to offer. The expansion will also introduce a new Pick and Ban system, allowing players to formulate strategies around locking the enemy team out of selecting certain operators before a match, with more details on the system still to come.
