New Video Demonstrates How to Use Voice Commands on the PlayStation 4

Posted on November 26, 2013 AT 01:46pm

PlayStation Access, an official U.K.-based YouTube channel, released a new video showing how to use voice commands on the PlayStation 4.

As seen in the video embedded below, the PS4 can receive voice commands through the mono earbud that comes packaged with every console or the PlayStation Camera. Voice commands can be used for menu navigation, starting up a game, taking screenshots, switching user logins, and powering down the console.

The PlayStation 4, out now in North America, launches in Europe this week, on Friday, January 29.
