THE BUZZ: Today on the official PlayStation Blog, we’re given a fresh look at the latest handheld chapter of the Resistance franchise, Resistance: Burning Skies for Vita. In this video, we’re shown some gameplay where the story’s hero, Tom Riley, must help rescue some survivors from the occupied George Washington Bridge.

EGM’s TAKE: I’m currently playing through Resistance 3, so it’ll be interesting to see how the final version of Burning Skies compares to its console older sibling. I’ve played a few minutes of this version, but not enough to see if I can really get into a first-person shooter on a handheld or not. So, I’m eager to get the chance to spend more time with it.
