Epic Games has added a new weapon and trap to Fortnite‘s Battle Royale and Save the World modes.

On the Battle Royale side of things, players have got the Heavy Shotgun to play with. This new shotgun is epic in rarity and has more range than the epic tactical shotgun, but a slower rate of fire and smaller magazine.

While Save the World players can find the new Fire Trap in the Event Store.

The developer also outlined its plans for Save the World over the next few weeks, including increased stack limits for crafting materials, the removal of durability loss on respawn, reward rate improvements, and stamina changes.

Yesterday, Epic revealed that a replay editor will be added to Battle Royale in the near future. The replay editor will let fans record game footage from multiple angles, show live health stats and equipped items, and use various filters.

Fortnite is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
