THE BUZZ: Danger Close studio has officially announced the next chapter of the Medal of Honor series—Medal of Honor: Warfighter.
EGM’s TAKE: For fans of 2010′s Medal of Honor, first details about the next game in the series have been revealed today.
Titled Metal of Honor: Warfighter, the game will be running on DICE’s Frostbite 2.0 engine, and will one again follow a team of Tier 1 Operators. EA and Danger Close will be showing off more of the game at the 2012 Game Developer’s Conference next month.
According to Official Xbox Magazine, Warfighter will be hitting this October. While no official platforms have yet been announced, I’d say that it’s safe to assume PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 will be sure bets.
