Nintendo has released system update 8.1.0-18 for Nintendo 3DS, but don’t get too excited because it does very little.
According to the company, the update makes “further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user’s experience.”
The last time that the 3DS got any new features was back in May when new parental control features were added. Before that it was in December 2013 with the release of update 7.0.0-13, which added Miiverse support and the ability to tie 3DS and Wii U accounts together.
