Nintendo’s advertising campaign must be a thing of pure genius, enlisting several celebrities to promote upcoming games like New Super Mario Bros. 2 on the 3DS. In fact, their latest effort, a new commercial starring Spanish actresses Penélope Cruz and Mónica Cruz, is probably one of their best, playing off the sisters’ competitive multiplayer vibes.

It’s just the end of the commercial that’s both awkward, hilarious, and ultimately, a little confusing.

Even if you’re not attracted to mustaches, it might suddenly look a lot more attractive with one of the Cruz sisters wearing it.

Nintendo UK’s marketing campaign for New Super Mario Bros. 2 also features other well-known celebrities, like Sex in the City‘s Kim Cattrall and British-Irish girl group The Saturdays. But I’m still waiting for my Julianne Moore commercial.
