Remember the DSi? No, not the 3DS—and no, not the DSi XL. The DS that was before that! It’ll be getting two new color choices in North America this week.

As you can see in the above pic, those color choices will be matte red and matte blue. Now, I know what some of you are saying: Why in the world is Nintendo bringing out new DSi options at this point?

My answer? Good for them! The DSi is still an awesome system, and as long as it’s still going to exist as a choice for purchasing, I love the option of having more options.

Plus, now, you can buy a red DSi, a white DSi, and a blue DSi, and show your true patriotic spirit!
