Fortnite Battle Royale finally arrived on Nintendo Switch yesterday, but Switch owners hoping to try out Fortnite‘s Save the World mode are going to be disappointed.

Speaking to GameSpot, an Epic Games representative stated that there are “no plans for Save the World on Switch.”

Fortnite‘s Save the World mode is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, and tasks players with building forts to protect various objectives from waves of enemies.

Speaking of Battle Royale on Switch, Sony has caused quite a stir among the Fortnite community by blocking access to the Switch version of the game when using an Epic account that is linked to PlayStation 4.

Fortnite Battle Royale is available now as a free download on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and iOS.
