Dennaton Games’ Hotline Miami is getting a PlayStation 4 release, Devolver Digital’s Nigel Lowrie revealed at GDC.
During an interview with Destructoid, Lowrie announced that the original Hotline Miami would see a release on PlayStation 4 with cross-buy support, meaning that if you own the PlayStation 3 or Vita version you will be able to download it for free.
The game’s sequel, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, is still on track for Q3 release on PlayStation 4, Vita, Windows PC, and Mac. ”You’re a murderer, you murder people. Again. And again,” reads the game’s official description. “How certain you are of your actions and what is, and what is not, real is what you must determine in Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number.
Hotline Miami 2 will feature more violence than the original, a cast of characters with greater depth, and a new difficulty option.
