Original PS2 Killzone Coming to PS3 Soon

THE BUZZ: If you’ve been waiting for the announcement of more digital PS2 classics for your PS3, a new game has just been revealed as coming soon—and it’s quite the choice.

Game Informer today confirmed that on January 24th, the original PS2 release of Killzone will be hitting the PlayStation store for the standard price of $9.99.

EGM’s TAKE: After the flood of PS2 titles that hit late last year, I was starting to wonder when we’d see more games. Though I’m not really a Killzone fan, the choice makes perfect sense—and will no doubt make a lot of people happy.
