Own and Play Uncharted 3 a Week Early

THE BUZZ: Fancy purchasing and playing Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception a week before it’s street date of November 1st? Here’s how.

Select AMC Theaters in LA, New York, DC, Dallas and San Francisco will be holding “Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception: Play It First In 3D” events in October, allowing you to play the game in 3D for an admission price of $25. This isn’t the main reason you’ll want to go though, they will also be offering an “Uncharted 3 Premium Pass” for $60 which will buy you a copy of the game that will be shipped to you by October 25th, a whole week before the game launches. You will only be able to buy this early copy if you attend one of these events.

EGM’s TAKE: It appears that paying for early access to games is becoming more popular, and we can see why.
