Patrice Désilets, the creative mind behind Assassin’s Creed, has returned to Ubisoft, Polygon reports.
“We are very pleased to welcome Patrice to Ubisoft again and anticipate that this renewed partnership will produce new ideas and high-quality titles for Ubisoft’s customers,” a spokesperson told Polygon.
Désilets left Ubisoft in 2010, then went to work for THQ Montreal in 2011. His return comes in the wake of Ubisoft’s acquisition of THQ Montreal in the post-bankruptcy division of THQ.
