Perfect World Entertainment, publisher of Blacklight: Retribution and Star Trek Online, is creating a new division for current- and next-gen consoles, the company announced.
“Perfect World Entertainment has long been the leader in free-too-play PC titles,” CEO Alan Chen said in a press release. “Bringing our titles to consoles is a natural progression for us, and we can’t wait to set a new standard for console MMORPGs and other genres.”
The most recent title published by Cryptic Studios is Neverwinter, a free-to-play MMORPG based on the D&D Forgotten Realms city released in June.The free-to-play first-person shooter Blacklight: Retribution is also available on PlayStation 4.
