THE BUZZ: PopCap has released some new screenshots of Plants Vs Zombies for the PlayStation Vita.

EGM’s TAKE: Yes, it does looks exactly the same as on every other platform, to answer that question in your head. That’s part of the beauty when it comes to Plants Vs Zombies, the game is so simple by design that there’s no need for sweeping revisions; the major draw is the addictive and fun gameplay. As a plus, the Vita version should come packed with some new features that make good use of the front and back touch screens, adding an extra layer to the game that other platforms just can’t provide. Expect the game to be available on the PlayStation Store around the Vita’s launch date, and if you haven’t played it yet then make it a must buy. As a little extra word of advice, always try to avoid letting the Zombies eat your brains.
