Platinum games is aware of issues that Anarchy Reigns players have had with the game’s pre-order DLC and promises that it is investigating.

The codes were supposed to unlock Bayonetta as a playable character and two bonus gameplay modes, however many users have reported that the codes aren’t working. “We are aware of the issue and are investigating, but you have to contact @SEGA or the digital download service for support,” the developer wrote on twitter.

The issue only appears to be affecting PlayStation 3 players.
